Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exemptions & Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to their nature. Digital downloads, customized book accessories, or item packages that have been unsealed cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items, promotional products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Processing Refunds
